Where we ship

United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses) and Canada.

Shipping cost

United States: free.
Canada: $15 flat per order, any number of items.

Production time

Every order is printed to order at a US facility. Production takes 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) before the order ships. This is a made-to-order item, not a warehouse item, so production time is in addition to transit time.

Transit time (after production)

United States: typically 3–7 business days.
Canada: typically 7–14 business days, plus any time held by Canadian customs.

Total estimated delivery: about 1–2 weeks for US orders and 2–3 weeks for Canadian orders. These are estimates, not guarantees; carriers occasionally run late, especially around holidays.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves production. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement.

Canadian duties and taxes

Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties, GST/HST, and a carrier brokerage fee assessed at delivery. These are set by the Canadian government and the carrier, are not included in the $15 shipping charge, and are the recipient's responsibility. Refused packages returned to us are refunded for the item price less our return shipping cost.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address entered at checkout exactly as written. If you spot a mistake, email [EMAIL] within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error can be reshipped at the customer's cost or refunded for the item price less shipping.

Lost or stalled packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (US) or 20 business days (Canada), email us with your order number and we'll either reship or refund. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it out.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may ship separately if they finish production at different times. You'll only pay one shipping charge either way.
